Your Open Box bike is guaranteed to operate properly for you and is covered by our standard 12-month warranty. We do not offer a trial/return period on open box bikes. All open box sales are final.
Local pickup is available immediately. If shipping is needed, please anticipate extra time for delivery. It is typically much faster but it can take up to 8 weeks to allow for coordination and scheduling of the delivery from the open box bikes location.

The Roam Cargo E-bike is a large vehicle, and as such, it can't be shipped using common carriers like UPS or Fedex. Fulfillment for each order is unique to the customers location and available bike shops in their area. Due to the logistics required to ship and assemble this bike, it usually takes 4 weeks to receive your bike.
We use UL certified cells in all of our batteries. Our batteries are also certified for ISO 4210 and UN 38.3. In 2024 we are pursuing an even higher level of battery certification, UL 2271. All our products are 3rd party tested to ensure the highest levels of safety for the batteries, as well as all other electrical and bicycle components.
All of our cargo bikes are rated up to 440 lbs. (200 kgs.). The total capacity is the sum of the rider's weight, plus the cargo/passenger weight. This means the bike can carry another adult rider in the cargo area, or up to 4 small children.
In terms of square footage, the Roam Cargo boasts one of the largest cargo areas on the market. It measures 2 ft. wide and 3.5 ft. long. It comes standard with two padded benches, and 4 seatbelts. Dogs are easily accommodated as well.
